Galaxy’s attacking core clicks in 4-1 win over Austin
Marco Reus, Hirving Lozano and Sergi Roberto all produced in LA’s crucial home win, boosting their fantasy outlook.
For fantasy squads, LA’s first match with all three DPs starting was the key takeaway: Marco Reus (MID, LA Galaxy) delivered three assists, Hirving “Chucky” Lozano (FWD, LA Galaxy) returned to the XI with a goal, and Sergi Roberto (MID, LA Galaxy) scored. With the Galaxy creating early and controlling the match, their attackers gained full 90-minute upside instead of short-sub value. In Kickbase scoring, that combination of minutes security and direct attacking involvement is exactly what wins weeks. Risk: Low. Hold or buy.
Fantasy Analysis
Reus’s three assists show elite creator upside, and Lozano’s return to the starting XI is a strong minutes signal after a goal in a home win. Because Kickbase rewards every 10 minutes, starters in a controlled 4-1 result are far more valuable than bench options with cameo risk. If LA keeps all three DPs starting, the Galaxy attack becomes a priority hold.
